Today was funism or coolazoids   and even fantabulastic  also  greasome and extolonialer than last time ! If gifted people are gifted than why don’t we get presents?  It is a puzzling mystery that I have not found out the answer to. I am just on here to make up words and avoid work  . Today my head almost popped off on an assignment. But when I solved it. I felt stupid! CNH 

Today we had a hard slash easy slash medium assignment !!!!!!! It was mind boggling !!!!!! Lunch was good !!!!! Owls are cute !!!!!!!SMILEY .. S.O.H 

Today I drew a log house thing and a MAGICAL GARDEN!!!!!!!!!!! Ps don’t be a skipping squirrel even though squirrels are my brothers and best friends  K.B

November 1st Blogs

We had an awesome time. We watched a movie about giant shoes, fish, ice cream, hotdogs and more BOOYAH!!!! :0

Today we watched a video about wacky buildings and we did graphiti, the first one was a whirly bird, and the second one was Snoopy.   J.S.B

Well today wasn’t that challenging, it just seemed like I flowed through everything. I completed my rotation and then moved on to other work which was also pretty easy. Except for the whirly bird thing, that was getting me confused at the beginning but then I got it and finished that.                                                             Cjg

Today was not the best day. It was kind of hard doing  graphiti. We are still not done I wish that thing didn’t exist. It’s SO DUMB ! soh

Today we got to see the Jacksonville Symphony   play in our cafeteria. Also we got to decipher the Pig Pen Code. M.C.

Today  we  did  a  witch mystery  picture,  and  then  we  did  a  fingerprint  count  with  balloons,  we  also  went  outside  and  play  on  the  playground.       J.S.B

Hello! Today we took a balloon and put our fingerprint on it to see if we had a whirl, loop, or arch. I had either an arch or loop. It was hard to tell. Also we did this code thing and it was fun. We had to try to figure out what letter went for each code symbol. It was fun today! V.A.D.D.

Hello! Today we stuck are fingers in ink and emotionally scarred balloons it was loads of FUN        S.O.H

Today was like most others but one work sheet really got my mind going. I can’t believe I didn’t realize the answer in the first place! Wow, that made me feel dumb.CJG

Today we put our finger prints on a balloon to see if we had a loop, whorl, or arch .Also we had to try to break a Pigpen code. Last but not least we tried to make a witch on a grided square !!!!!!!  It was a pretty fun day. D.T.W

Today we played with fire!MUHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!! JM.T.

OMG! We burnt things today it was so fun. The fire got so close to my hand when I was putting the cloth into the fire also we played Crush but somebody pushed me and I got out. E.H

We burnt cloth with FFFFIIIIIIIRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.YAY YAH AWESOMENESS AKA( AWESOME SAUCE).also V and C had a laughing spasm. AWKWARD!!! D.W                    

Today we burnt cloth!!It was awesome! The fire was like all over the fabric! I had sooo much fun Lol… yayzzz at lunch me and C had a major laughing spasm for no apparent reason LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL my stomach hurt sooo bad I couldn’t breathe… literally. VD

Today Was Hard And… Fun. CNH

Today was so mixed up I can only describe it as this: HACFOWIAKFJL SJFKHFEJIH!!! JB

Today we made a tower made out of straws and clay. I felt like an architect.MC

Today was pretty good but one of the activities was hard as heck! I didn’t know that a thesaurus thing could be so confusing.  Other than that everything was just dandy!     CJG

Today we did team rotating work and the thesaurus lab kicked my butt. But the screw driver investigation was really interesting.    Also making the tower out of clay and straws was AWESOME!!!I am definitely being architect when I grow up. DTW

Today, we drew cathedrals. It was fun.MC

Today was awesome.WORD BALL!!!!TEETH ANALYSIS!CATHEDRALS!WHO ATE THE PIE!CSI!!It was so awesome,it’s reached an awesome level that’s OVER 9000!!! JB

We played a game called Word Ball and I thought CG said something like butt scream ahahaha. And we drew tower thingys. K.B

Today was awesome!!!!!!!!  We got to draw Cathedrals and we played the game Word Ball!!!!  I just LOVE my gifted class!!! C.S.

Today  we  drew cathedrals  and matched  up bite marks. It was kind of weird looking at my friends bite marks but kind of fun. CJG

I loved the bite mark investigation! Also the cathedrals were really fun to draw. EH

I really liked drawing cathedrals I even had time to do 2. Also the bite investigation was very fun  :)  D.W.

   Today at Gifted we did something called Screamer, where you had to close your eyes and think about a person you were going to look at. When you opened your eyes you looked at that person, and if they were looking at you, you and the other person would both scream and “die”. After that we did a logic problem called Merry Go Round in the Park that by the way was confusing!! We did something called Moving Line 2 where your pencil would never stop moving on the paper, and you had to follow the directions that the teacher gave, and by the way was also very confusing. After all that we watched a film about Cathedral and it was very long so we only watched about 20 min. We then, made a drawing based on vantage point design where you could draw yourself as anything you wanted like an ant or bird. After we came back from lunch and outside we did a counterfeit check lab where we would be able to tell a counterfeit check from a real one. The last thing we did was a yes or no sheet thing called Would You If You Could? and then we blogged and reflected. VDD

 Today in gifted and we played Screamer and I died = (.We had to figure out all the differences of the real  check and the fake check.I t was a fun day. M.T.

Today the most fun was probably doing the perspective drawing. I drew a big shoe crushing an ant!!!CJG

TODAY WAS SO MUCH FUN .WE DID PERSPECTIVE DRAWINGS. MINE WAS A BULDING.MY FAVE PART OF THE DAY WAS WHEN WE DID MOVING LINE  C.A.H.

Today we learned how to tell a fake check apart from a real check we also played a game called Screamer. it was  awesome! We watched a movie about the architecture of cathedrals we didn’t finish it though .Lunch was pretty good and I was sweating like a pig outside! S.H

CSI was really cool today. We exploded a baking soda and vinegar in a cup!!        EH

Today was so fun CSI was the best. Action reaction was fun too. ECH

Today was an amazing day! We had so much fun solving a mysterious crime in the classroom during a detective activity. It was a really cool day!!!!!!!!! CJG

Today the first thing we did was something called action and reaction where we would all stand in a circle and do whatever the person next to you said they were doing, after that we did  logic problem that by the way, was very hard. After the logic problem we watched a short film about drawing a train track next to a road with some buildings on the side.VDD

We did forensics today it was a thief mystery. A red spill was on the floor the red spill looked like blood. There were also finger prints on the book shelf. Also a table, a chair and a book were knocked over.

We did a thing called food planet where there were two teams and you had to figure out. Who was on which team of a cooking contest and who got first place second place . Also we had to figure out who made what. M.G.S

Today we drew a road like real artist.I like this new class.M.C.

Today we did forensics. It was very interesting. We had to discover all the evidence… There were fingerprints, a red spill and some other things. Also we did a logic problem, which took a lot of thinking. M.T

Today we,did a thing called food planet and we had to look at clues and see who made 1,2,or 3^rd

Also we had to see who cooked what and what team they were on red, or blue .It was realy fun.

I realy like my new gifted teacher! DW

Today we investigated a crime scene there were 11 clues and Ms. Stansel was a suspect… Ok we first did Food Planet [it was hard!] then we played a fun game. Next we did perspective art. We ate lunch, and then we played outside lastly we investigated a crime scene. C.S
